「Our shepherd hut in Pinewood was spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. Staff were always on hand if needed and really helpful at checkin (the process for checking in and out was seamless). Marshmallows, skewers, logs for the indoor and outdoor wood burners, and upmarket tea bags all complimentary; only let down by basic Nescafé coffee sachets and pots of UHT milk. 「Room was ok. Nice clean bathroom and shower was good. Check in was terrible, it’s a self check in room and no codes were sent, i tried calling the host multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, no response. I had to contact Hotels.com customer service and wait an hour to get a key-code to enter. There was no WiFi, there were instructions on the wall but the router was not present, a neighbour had the same problem. The TV only works on WIFI so no TV. The location is handy being close to the train...
