The receptionist on arrival could have been a bit friendlier/ welcoming. No parking available as they were fully booked/ reserved and the weather was awful we had to park a 10 minute walk down the road in the rain and wind."

"We thoroughly enjoyed joyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and inviting. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and we really enjoyed our dinner in the Churchill lounge and Bar. Bathroom was great rnjoyed the heated towels!! Only comment,is our rooms floor slanted and so our heads were higher then our feet while sleeping and we felt lije we were slipping off the bed. . The slant also made you lose your balance. Other then that we loved it all."
