"The property was very nice. The staff was fantastic. The concerns about noise are very much overblown (to us). The beach is good and we loved the location because we could easily walk over to Captains Rib Shack and some of the other jerk spots. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very helpful! They are friendly and very accommodating. The beach was clean and a quiet place to relax during the early morning hours. The rooms on the third floor have an unpleasant odor. Everywhere else was very pleasant and clean. They had a very good variety of dining options. Some formal options as well as casual. The night life and entertainment are very lively!"

"Things started nicely with reception. We were received kindly and efficiently. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. That being said, the cushions at the pool loungers could use an update. The first day I went to get beach towels, the guy was rude and acted like I was stealing the towels because he had never seen me before. I clarified that he wouldn’t have seen me because I had just checked in. Our room was on a corner and we had an amazing ocean view but the bathtub was in terrible shape. It was peeling in some areas and there was rust around the drain. I’m not the kind of person to make a big deal out of things but I don’t understand how the hotel would find that acceptable. It’s a shame though because it’s a lovely location in a beautiful island."

"I recently stayed at the Atrium Beach Resort & Spa in St. Maarten and overall had an excellent experience. The location is one of the best things about the property. The beach view was beautiful, and having direct beach access made the trip feel relaxing and convenient. The room was clean and spacious, which was great for our group. I also really appreciated having a kitchen in the unit. It made it easy to keep drinks, snacks, and leftovers, and added a more comfortable, home-like feel to the stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the trip. The property also felt safe and is in a great location near restaurants, nightlife, and activities in the Maho area. The only real downside is that the rooms could use some updating and refreshing. However, other than that, the overall experience was excellent, and the combination of the location, beach access, spacious rooms, and convenience made it a great stay. I would definitely recommend the Atrium to travelers looking for a comfortable beachfront stay in a prime location."
