「Such personalized service! Before I checked in, they texted to see what temp we would like the room at, what kind of music we liked and if we were celebrating anything special. (We were going for my husband's birthday.) Upon arriving, they had balloons on the bed and a gift for my husband. The room was perfect, with special touches throughout. A continental breakfast was included. We were able to enjoy a hot tub (to ourselves) each night. Staff were wonderful! Just a perfect stay!」
