「Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention 」

「The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. 」

「Futon is very uncomfortable, no sheets provided. Did have pillow and quilt. Tore my shorts on a wire coming through the cushion of futon. Bathroom desperately needs a remodel. 「For the price per night it is not worth it. Booked ocean front room and paid more. Got to our room and it wasn’t ocean front. I called the front desk and they said we don’t have any ocean front. That was a lie. Almost 1,000 a night and I still have to pay $18 for a drink, there isn’t any breakfast included, snacks in the room are $8 and higher. The prices were insane in my opinion.
