The kitchen served it's purpose. But the bathroom was very small the water in tub filled up as I was using the shower over my ankles and the bathroom sink water filled and didn't go down and as I write this kite the water is still sitting in the bathroom sink. The process toward finalizing my stay was horrible. I hope I don't experience any identity theft because I had to send a picture of my driver's line to Olga the supposedly owner three times . That made me uncomfortable . I will not come back or recommend anybody to study here . No management ever on regular duty .

Room - amazingly itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny; nary a chair, narrow path to access other side of bed with nasty metal feet. Parking - hope I don't get towed. Check-in process - abysmal puts it generously.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect overall. The only thing I would change is the pillows, as they are very high and firm. The location is easy to find. Just keep in mind that if you want to check in two hours before the 4:00 PM check-in time, there is a $30 fee.

The room appeared to be renovated recently. The furniture (at least what was there) was fine. But there was not a chair, table, desk, dresser. I cannot recall ever being in a hotel room that did not have at least some of these basic pieces of furniture. I assumed that if the room had a kitchenette, there would be a table on which to eat the meal I prepared. The lighting was inadequate -- one small lamp on the night stand and a low wattage pole lamp. There was a large closet, but no hangers were provided. The bathroom, while small, was in good condition. However, I had to wait at least two minutes before getting hot water in the shower.

The hotel was cute and modern looking but, as I got in the door I realized it had a gap in the door and didn't seal like a normal door. You also can hear absolutely everything everyone is doing all night and all hours of the morning. The room was very stuffy, after a shower the whole room is hanging in humidity no great ventilation. Not to mention there was a bug stuck in the fabric of the towel. Parking is also not ideal and they don't mention a $150 deposit when you go to book it, it's just like a fun surprise a day before your stay. All in all, not horrible not great.

The stay was great until we received a text message from the hotel a week after we checked out claiming that they were charging us $60 for damaging shower towels that they provided. After reviewing the photos of the towels they claimed were damaged, I can 100% say that the towels did not look this way when we checked out of the hotel. Even if they did, $60 for a towel or two is absolutely criminal. After this, I will never stay here again and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Also can I mention that some of the outlets in the hotel room did not work, the shower took forever to get warm water, the window in the bathroom had no screen, the walls were thin and you could hear loud traffic early morning every morning. There also was no house keeping and the parking lot was extremely small causing us to have to park on the street.

I received about 40 texts from this property for check in. We were driving from NH, a 22 hour, 2-day drive, and I kept receiving texts that I wasn’t checked in. They also wanted $150 deposit per room(we had 3), that was refundable if nothing was damaged. When we left I received two of those back, so I texted and asked where the third one was, and they said there was dog hair and so they were charging us $75 extra cleaning fee as if we had a pet with us. We had no pets with us in any of the three rooms, we had driven down in a rental, and my personal blanket smelled after leaving their hotel. There was a bullet hole in the window frame of our room. There was a man screaming psychotically at 4:00am outside our room, my husband almost called the police. Another guest also shared with my husband the struggles to check in and that their room was dirty when they arrived and had to get a different room assigned. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
