I was skeptical at first because of the customer service but they did a great job with the space provided. Would definitely stay at the Jaxon again if I’m in the area. Look forward to next time!

Nous avons eu la chambre 15 très spacieuse, emplacement facile d'accès avec parking. Bon échanges avec le gestionnaire qui n'est pas sur place (pas de réception). Cet hôtel a fait le taff par rapport a mon besoin pour 1 nuit.

Hot water was out for two days- no compensation. Internet was spotty. Parking can be difficult when it is busy. Very clean and updated otherwise.

Nice cozy with a beach house feel. Pictures are very accurate…sorta like a motel and no front desk, just remote handling of property. 24 rooms with only 17 parking spots first come first served otherwise you’ll have to park on the street…but still, not so bad. For the money I’d say definitely good bang for your buck. I’d stay here again!

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a terrible experience at a hotel. Prior to check in, we received a call from customer service, and I could not understand the representative. The connection was horrible, we finally figured out that she was saying that the air conditioning was not working. We decided to take the room anyway because it was a cool night. When we got there the link to check did not work. They sent a link by a private number, and I did not recognize it. So I did not want to register my credit card with them. So we had to call back, and it was so frustrating. Because I cannot understand anything. The customer service person was saying. Finally, they gave us a code to get in the room. When we left, I checked the code to make sure we could get back in the room and we were locked out. I called back again and they needed my ID photo, but my ID was locked in the room. It was a nightmare. Luckily, the cleaning staff helped us out. Later,we couldn’t find parking when we got home after dinner. The room was adequate, but the door to the bathroom did not close. I also believe that they have cameras in the room because she mentioned on the phone that I should not turn the air conditioner off. I have no idea how they knew. I had turned the air conditioner off. The hero of the whole situation was the cleaning staff who helped us deal with our problems. She was great.

The place is clean, everything in order. However, the room is small, The shower is only for 1 person. I will say, OK for a business trip. Its located about ten minutes from the Convention center, about 5 minutes from Walmart (driving). Communication over text and great communication from them. The reason I give 4 starts, is because around (2blocks away) you can see homeless people. They did not bother me, but that made me feel uncomfortable
