Fabulous accommodation and facilities. We needed somewhere that I could work from in the morning (wifi and space was great) and then easily get in town in the evening for meals. Very helpful staff. Checkin and departure was seamless. Nice coffee shop just down the road. If we ever visit the area again I would definitely stay here.

My wife and I had the best stay at Grandview Gardens! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and our room was immaculately clean. The pool and common areas are super clean as well. The main thing for us was the atmosphere. The landscaping at Grandview Gardens is beautiful, and the historical building gives the place an awesome feel. There is an awesome cat named Cowboy that may be your friend while you are there, this was my wife's favorite part! We would recommend staying here, and we will be back!

If you're looking for a comfortable B&B in the heart of West Palm, the Grandview Gardens is a great find. Most rooms in this quaint villa open up to the beautiful pool terrace and the staff are warm and accommodating. Guests are welcome to use the fully stocked kitchen and amenities, beverages and snacks make it feel like home. The Grandview is a quiet oasis across from a beautiful park and walking distance to several great restaurants. Parking on the street was convenient and always available.

My husband and I spent 3 days here while we were renewing our vows. We absolutely loved the property and room we had. The pool was great, and our bedroom we stayed in was very clean and comfortable! We felt right at home as thoroughly enjoy the grounds of the property! Would definitely come back here again, the property looks just like the photos!

If you want to avoid the cookie-cutter lodging choices while not breaking the bank, this little gem is worthy of your consideration. You will be staying in a gentrified neighborhood in West Palm Beach within easy driving distance of everything except Lion Country Safari. The community sitting area is a cozy multi-room option which includes a shared full kitchen. My only caution is that if stairs are an issue, be sure to get a ground floor room.
