Nice little Singer Island Inn

Comfortable little apartment for a beach trip where you don’t expect to spend much time inside. Perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean and well kept.

I love the location. Everything is very close, the beach, restaurants, and bars. It's very close to peanut island. The only thing I didn't like much was the front yard. They should keep the patio cleaner. I liked everything else.

This place has a lot of potential but really needs lots of updating.. the price of the room was ok but the cleaning fee was bit high, it was ok for 1 night before my cruise , it’s walkable to the beach and restaurants in the area

Ok for 1 night but the bed and pillows are terrible. Truly terrible. The toilet flushes sometimes. There are a few mix and match dishes. Location is good.

The area was very nice, the apartment was ok. Found 2 dead coach roaches, we only had one fork and the couch in the living room was not very comfortable. But the bed was comfortable and a very quiet area.

Great Place to Stay for a short amount of time

Nice unit, the water in the shower just keeps turning and very hard to turn off, the blinds in the bedroom are broken and anyone can see in, the bed is very uncomfortable along with the pillows, location is supurb and price is good, which reflects these items

Please contact the property 24 hours prior your stay, when I got there it took me about 10 minutes to reach the owner there is no office, that was a little frustrated because I couldn’t get to the apartment right away. I found a roach in the bathroom but other than that is clean inside the sheets smelled bad. The apartment is a good size and has hot and cold water. It’s walking distance to the beach and has many restaurants with great options walking distance too.

Great location but with some issues

Had the Efficiency. Property was clean and location was excellent. Bed was not the best as was very saggy and soft. Although we had the efficiency, there was no chair to sit in. No stove - only hot plate and toaster oven which was no problem for us. It is my understanding the other units do have a stove. Very quiet with a common area outside that had a table and chairs.

expect to get what you paid for, in the area.

older complex, some remodel on on the room we had, courtyard was nice to sit out on in the morning and have coffee. Kitchenette was serviceable, we cooked breakfast in the mornings. biggest critsizm is the coffee maker only make one cup at a time and not a Kurig, takes actual bag of coffee. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to bars and restaurants. Overall after seeing pics before booking it was exactly what I thought it would be. If your looking for nice and fancy get one of the $700+ rooms up and down the beach.

The location was great. The check in process was terrible. We wasted a lot of time trying to get into our room. The ceiling fan in the bedroom had no way to switch it off or slow it down. The chain was missing. it was running on high speed and making a bad grinding noise.

I had been sending several emails and messages throughout the app and never got a response. I was provided with a phone number and no one responded I ended up late at night having to call hotels.com to try and figure this out. We lost the entire afternoon and evening. They then provided us with the wrong combo and could not enter the unit just difficult overall. Kitchen equipment was honestly gross. Bed is very very old so springs poke at your spine. Cold water knob was broken, mold on sides of shower etc... not easy. Great location though and cute neighborhood, if they took care of this better it would be such a gem.

My favorite part of staying here was being VERY close to the beach. It was super convenient and everything we wanted was in walking distance. Food, bars, 711 for groceries that we needed. Place we stayed was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the front door to your room opens outward so no way to barricade at night.

This rental appears decent on the outside. It is right behind the ocean condos. Once you get inside it’s bare necessities. We had to flip the breaker in order to turn off fan or AC unit. No communication once checked in. Drug activity and please visit to the property made me feel very unsafe. Stay away.
