Clean room well equipped, clean pools, food not replaced fast enough when empty so not a lot of choice if u weren't first in the resturant which was very busy. We went valentines day which was decorated excellently, lots of teddy bears and plenty to see, show finished 11pm, also the vino. Have stayed before and would again, as the price is reasonable.

Was a nice experience, but not the best , honestly they have a very nice team of Animation they are very friendly specially for kids activities. But the Hotel doesn't have any nice view , if you want to go to the beach you have to ride a shuttle but 30 minutes to visit another Hotel beach, If we will talk about the food , unfortunately not good at all , i think the F&B stuff needs some training and they need a real chef Booking via any app you will find a lot of categories for the rooms and different prices while the truth that all rooms are the same you book a room and you will take another room

The room was a good size and the staff were nice but compared to all the other hotels around, it was really basic but not much cheaper. Access to the beach was disappointing - it was fine, you can walk to the beach easily but everywhere else is beach front and lush whereas here you walk down a path, across a road, down another path, over a bit of rough land and there you get the beach. The food was shockingly bad, especially the a la carte restaurants. Breakfast was okay and the buffet was okayish. Coffee was weak, wine was watered down, bread was dry. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again. The favourite part was going for a walk (outside the hotel) along the sea front to Makardi Bay (10km walk).

The resort is huge, quite, big swimming pool, clean room and all inclusive. The staff are great from the reception met Mr Abdallah who addressed our needs. Amr supervise second floor room cleaning and supply who is also great. Has 4 restaurants a la carte. The best one is Vida Latino has Sea food, very delicious and provide you with shawarma cut fresh at your table under the service of Abonob who is a pro in service. The beach shuttle every one hour takes 10 minutes, large area to swim white sand and they provide you with drinks, beer and snacks right from the beach bar. The food in general is very good but we recommend adding a bit of spicy flavor or medium salt as some meals contain nothing, not even salt. We had 2 rooms for 2 days that we enjoyed it to the full and what really touched us is that at the check out they provided us with lunch bag, fruits & water for each person. Appreciated all the services. Good Job. From Canada & UK.

The room was wonderful clean large comfy bed very spacious room was kept impeccably clean by very nice staff who other than seeing in the corridor didnt invade your space 😀 they did leave some beautiful towel sculptures decorated with i think hibiscus flowers absoulutly lovely , I only used the spa once as not my usual thing had a wonderful massage my husband also had a massge but went back for his beard to be tidied up . All the staff from reception ,reception porters barstaff , dinning area staff and of course the entertainment crew where are very pleasant helpful annd extremely polite

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans cette hôtel en all inclusive mais nous avons souvent mangé à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. La nourriture est pas très bonne du moins il n’y a qu’un seul restaurant qui tient la route. L’atmosphère n’est pas très agréable, très peu de sourire. ´L’eau de la piscine est salé. Des locaux nous ont stipulé que Sahl Hasheesh est le plus beau quartier de la ville et cet hôtel est le pire du quartier

Thanks for your hospitality, It was amazing vacation, starts with excellent reception service , the room was clean and well maintained, the management team of this hotel are very helpful and always around taking care of all our needs and small details Thanks to Hotel Manger Mr. Hamada , Mr. Shoukry Rooms Manager , chef Naser was making excellent food , thanks also to Food and beverage Manager Mr. Ismael , all the service staff are well trained and giving excellent service, sure will be back soon
