「客房整潔，只是洗髮露和沐浴乳沒有充好。景觀很美，早餐超級好吃！」

「Amazing in the hotel environment and food, especially dinna with different theme everyday. But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest」

「My stay at Grand Waterworld Makadi was a mixed experience, with some genuine highlights alongside several disappointments. The positives: The animation team is very active and keeps the resort lively throughout the day. They hosted a number of dance shows, and I particularly enjoyed the Argentine Malambo performance. The sea is also outstanding — you can snorkel just ten feet from the beach and enjoy beautiful coral reefs and marine life. Rooms: The beds and pillows were not comfortable. I...

「Great resort with expansive lagoon pool and direct access to Red Sea. Many food options and direct access to next doors waterslides was a hit with the kids! Staff were awesome and ensured we were well looked after. Highly recommend.」

「Great experience, hotel was great and staff were above and beyond. Spa was awesome, beach is great. This is a green hotel, if you don't like green initiatives, do not go Very difficult to organise and get to scuba diving ( the only down side for me, would have loved a better experience)」

「Comfortable room, I had not been able to get hold of the property to discuss late check out through their phone or through Expedia but was upgraded to a family suite on arrival. On the whole very nice hotel」

「I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. Other than that this resort was great, you could access anything from the other sunrise resort next door and the à la...
