"Very limited free parking. Had to use the paid parking lot. Bed was very uncomfortable, sloped from both sides into the middle so my wife and I both rolled to the centre of the bed. Rooms very small, no room to fully open a suitcase. No microwave or coffee in the room but it did have an electric kettle. "

"Great traditional Japanese Ryokan. They were comfortable with foreigners and did thier best to make us feel welcome. The Onsen was a wonderful and the dinner and breakfast provided were amazing. Probably some of the best Miso I have had. If you are not familiar with Onsen, I recommend watching a YouTube video or two to get an idea of what needs to be done. It is about a 15 minute Taxi ride to the Zao Fox Village, which is worth visiting as well."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was close to the train station. No laundry service but there was a 24 hour laundromat within 5 minutes of waking. Would stay again if ever back in Sendai. "
