This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great, which offered a wide range of quality food choices. There were also many free-of-charge facilities and services available for guests to enjoy - liquor bar with a varieties of spirit, library cafe, massage chair. Overall the experience with this hotel was very remarkable. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples/friends/families - definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.

アフタヌーンティーもあり到着してすぐゆったりできました。食事も豊富で選ぶのにワクワクしました。お風呂も広々としてアメニティも充実してました。マッサージチェアーも最新式でした。 部屋の窓が汚れていたのと、エアコンがあまり効がなかったことと、部屋の電気の明るさの調節ができなかったことが残念でした

北海道から仙台へ旅行!!2泊目に泊まらせて頂きました！ご飯がとっても美味しくて大満足!!!ホスピタリティが溢れていて食べていても空間が気持ちよかった！部屋もゆったり出来たけど、テーブルか小さくてすこし不便。お風呂も温度が高すぎ、低すぎ。もうすこしちょうどいい湯加減だといいなぁ。だけどサービスはとっても居心地が良かった!!また泊まりたいと思った

スタッフの皆さんどの方も笑顔で親切素晴らしい対応でした。大浴場、客室、その他施設の清潔さもとても快適で全般贅沢な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。特にオールインクルーシブは短い滞在において支払いを気にせず好きな量を好きなだけ何度でも利用出来るとても魅力的な取り組みだと思います。だだひとつ送迎バスは行きは荷物が積めなくて座席脇に積み上げる事になり大変危険な思いをした事、帰りのバスでは遅延に怒りだしたお客様がいてせっかく過ごした良い時間が台無しになるほど嫌な気持ちになった事、少し残念な感じです。もう少しゆとりのある対応をお考えいただけたら良いかもしれません。

愉快的一次溫泉旅館住宿
