"Basic but clean and cheap option; had everything needed for a 2 nights stay. Location is walkable to shops, restaurants and transit. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety; helpful when travelling with children. "

"Hotel location near JR Machida station is perfect.
Lots of nice restaurants and shops near hotel.
Room size is bigger than usual business hotels. Rooms and beds are very clean and comfort. TV is big enough an you can connect your PC, Tablet or phone at least via HDMi cable. Also coin laundry in hotel lobby is very handy for washing and drying your clothes. "

"The staff is excellent and professional.
The hotel is close to the station and near a convenience store as well as two rather large shopping centers within easy walking distance. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much!"

"Very ample room and great amenities. The lobby is very helpful and serviceable. Centrally located but the hotel has quite a few restaurants and other stores, including a 7-11 onsite. "
"The Knot is in Shinjuku but on the quiet side. It can be a little confusing to find metro entrances and figuring out the best exits but it’s convenient to major lines. We also used the 51 bus. From Shibuya to the hotel is an easy route. The breakfast made our days better! Started off long days of exploring Tokyo with a delicious breakfast and the variety allowed us lots of variations in meals.
Not luxurious but comfortable and good value. "
"Rooms were exceptionally well maintained and clean. The gym had high end machines that were barely used. This 4 star hotel was better maitained than most 5 star hotels i have stayed at. Breakfast was limited, but had enough options for most asian and western pallettes."
