From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. 」

「酒店距離火車站3分鐘，隔離有超市，不過6時左右就close,附近冇餐廳選擇，只可以在酒店吃，不過都ok,酒店午餐唔算貴，酒店有露台，望見馬特雄峯，環境清幽，20分鐘有一班shuttle train 去策馬特，都幾方便，這個價錢比起住策馬特優勝，推薦」

「I choose the Matterhorn view room, it’s really good view from the balcony. The hotel provides a pickup service, so good for a luggage traveller. There is indoor and outdoor warm water swimming pools and spa, you can enjoying the Matterhorn view when swimming. 」

「The shuttle bus to the ski lifts was very quick and always available. Great Bar staff, particularly liked the Grappa trolley. The spa was also outstanding with a view.」

「Hotel Matthiol is located in a quiet area which takes around 15 mintues by the hotel shuttle bus. We have the fondue for dinner inside an outdoor transparent tent which is very special and romantic. The service of the staff is excellent. It takes around 10 mins walk from the hotel to the downtown and cable car to the Matterhorn. The view from the balcony of our room is just fine since it’s not facing to the Matterhorn. The only required improvement is the water leakage problem of the shower...
