"I love the location and the character of the buildings. On an earlier trip, we enjoyed afternoon tea at the Pendray Inn. The fountains and gardens on the property are lovely. The breakfast had quality ingredients and a lot of selections, the breakfast staff were very attentive, we were seated immediately and staff were available to explain how the hot water dispenser worked and clear used dishes. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly with storing our luggage before checking and after check out. Upon checkin they upgraded my room, which I believe confused the wi-fi login, however that was fixed with a quick call down to the front desk. The room was nicely laid out, and the fold out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable for our 3rd guest. Extra blankets were available in the closet along with extra towels in the bathroom cupboard. The changed room may have been what triggered an incorrectly charged parking fee (we didn’t have a car). Upon contacting the hotel the charge was immediately reversed. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and was happy with how easily any issues were addressed. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip."

We just don’t like the washroom because it is small and the foods at Vista 18 were just okay, not extraordinary. But overall, it was a great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
