"We stayed 1 night on our way back from a trip. This was a great hotel to stay in. We were pleasantly surprised that the lobby had a 24 hr coffee & ice cream station. They also offered nachos ( I believe from 5-7pm). Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a goid selection. "

"The breakfast was very basic, the rooms needed a deep clean, there was no bar of soap to wash your hands, only enough towels for 2 people in a room for 4. No bedding for the pull out sofa and no phone to call reception. I'm sure the staff are doing their best with the crappy facilities, but I wouldn't stay here again. Invest in decent sheets and towels, and try not to run out of pillows."

"The room was ok. There were some small stains on the sheets like pen marks or it touched something dirty. The tv did not work, phone was unplugged and wire behind the night stand which did not look like it had been cleaned. Tge rest was ok. "

"This hotel was very clean and seemed to be recently refreshed. Staff were helpful w quick checkin. Restaurants were short walk away. Bed was comfortable , hotel quiet and spacious room w very large screen tv. Parking on site and good cat/ dog policy. Nice hot/ cold breakfast selections"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold us a room with no working A/C, knowing it doesn’t work. Said they were sold out of other rooms and we couldn’t change when we realized. Didn’t give us any compensation to make up for it except a box fan. Will never stay here or any Best Western again"

"Service to the room was terrible. One clerk told us she was managing the hotel by herself, another told she was running back and forth from the Courtyard Marriott to the Residence managing it. We requested a pack n play, extra towels, and pillows two days prior to check in. Nothing was done or there. Living room tv didn’t work. They didn’t have staff to bring basics to the room so we had to get everything ourselves. Tried to tell the general manager and he blamed it on us saying we checked in early and did not. Floored. He then hung up on me. Will never visit this hotel again."
