「I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door...

「I hated the location of my room and asked the front desk clerk if I could have another room. I was told that they were all booked up. No cars in parking lot and also on the sign it said "vacancy". The room was tucked in the corner where someone can "potentially" be there when I open the door. The peep hole had a piece of paper tucked in so I couldn't even see out the room. The room was dirty/ dusty. I asked the front desk clerk if someone could sweep and mop. I was told that someone will clean...

「The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.」

「Corrina at the front desk was so kind, fun, and personable. She really made me feel welcome! The suite itself was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and having a full kitchen was great for our family. The property was very well maintained, and the pool area was awesome! We spent all day there! If I'm ever back in Santa Maria, there's nowhere else I'd rather stay!」

「I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!」
