「The room was updated and seemed clean. The rest of the facility was a total mess and dirty. Lack of clear signage through the construction to the entrance. The parking did not seem safe, although there was no problem. Honestly, motels should be required to disclose any construction projects during the reservation process. I was totally disappointed the the facility.」

「I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door...

「The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.」

「I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!」

「Very clean, nice parking, great lounge with fresh brewed coffee at request. Very close to freeway access.」

「The place was charming and the room very comfortable and spacious. It had everything you need. The only complaint I would have is that because it is an old Victorian, every window and door is loos and there is no insulation whatsoever. That means that you can hear every sound from every room and even with a breeze the windows and doors rattle all night. I guess that's what old Victorians are like.」
