「One of the most amazing places we have every stayed! BUT, they close the pool at 7!? Cant geven get the full sunset, much less the epic city lights. Its perfect temperature at night during the summer. They really must change this policy l, as we chose this hotel largely based on that extact night swimming view/ experience. We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away. But seriously, otherwise the place it perfection 👌 」

「Great view over the Burj Khalifa and fountain for the new year countdown!! (Although the angle is not right on for the light show this year). Very spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and even come with laundry machines!
All staffs are courteous and very helpful. The only bad is that some equipments are kinda old and outdated. Also the floor of one of the bedrooms was dirty and sticky... other than that it was all good!」
「I checked in very late for 3 days and checked out also at mid night for this business trip. The location is walking distance to Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall (10-15mins, OK for cooler time but definitely not in summer). However, not convenience to take metro.」

"Excellent service. The lobby manager helped us arrange early check-in. The staff kindly helped us take the luggage to the room. I'm sorry that I was too tired to remember their names at that time. The location is very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Kite beach."
