We enjoyed a suite at the hotel overlooking the pool and the city. The rooms were very quiet, welcoming, and very clean and comfortable, there was plenty of clean towels and the bed linen was changed regularly. A great location and a great place to stay.

This property is centrally located and convenient to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The hotel is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We had a very early arrival and the hotel accommodated an earlier check in which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this hotel.

Probably the best hotel in Dubai Downtown

This is probably the hidden gem in terms of hotels in Dubai Downtown. I have stayed in all Address hotels downtown, Edition, Palace Downtown and many others. Vida Downtown beats all of them in terms of excellence, lack of noise and level of service. Naturally having people like Karmen, front office supervisor, helps to make things easy for guests and feel you are welcome. Will return for sure.
