One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients. The hotel itself was very nice, but it is located in a rather busy area. If you are sensitive to noise from traffic, you might prefer a quieter location. On the other hand, the direct connection to Dubai Mall makes it a perfect choice for shopping lovers – you can walk straight from the hotel into the mall, which is extremely convenient.
