Good location, the unit is in need of deep cleaning. The area rugs need to be replaced, they are really dirty. Leaks in the ceiling from the above unit. Kept getting told to pay a deposit after already having paid it.

Location was excellent, less than two minute to Dubai mall, apartment was clean. Staff was very welcoming and customer centric. The only suggestion will be to have a phone number to call instead of texting only.

The place is nice but I wish they provided a small amount of laundry soap, paper towel, extra toilet papers, and a bit more of shampoo and conditioner. I was there for over a week and had to buy toilet papers. At the end of my stay, I was informed that toilet paper can be requested. I wish I was informed that before my stay. The property is in the very good location. I just cross the street and Dubai Mall is there.
