「Quaint B&B with nice breakfast room. comfortable and good value for money. Martin was nice and helpful. There was some issue with the key to my room which was very hard to open, but otherwise a good experience. 」

「I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I would happily return in the future.」

「This was a nice B&B with comfortable, clean bedrooms, friendly staff and in a good location. They don't offer a cooked breakfast but there were plenty of cold options.」

「A nice place to stay in a convenient location - easy access to several of Blackpool’s attractions + bars and food outlets in abundance within walking distance - the staff made us feel very welcome.」

「I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value.」

「Parking very helpful. Nice full breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful」

「Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival, the room was fairly clean but furniture quite dated and the curtains looked like they were covered in bodily fluids. (Room 6) Overall dated bed and breakfast but I wouldn't expect 5* for the price I paid because it's a budget stay. Breakfast was nice.」

「Pet friendly, Staff very nice」

「This hotel is nothing like the photos it advertised, they are very poor, we booked a double room that only just fit a double bed in, the door opened straight to the bed so we had to squeeze in to then close the door to be able to move around the room, if there was a fire there was no fire escape plan or route on the back of the door. The bathroom looked like it had been done up, but the shower cubicle was extremely small, and if you are of the larger size you would not fit in it. On the morning...

「We had a standard double but room tiny and hot . Bed not comfortable and pillows hard」
