The room was clean and tidy, the entertainment was great, the staff were lovely. However the stairs,lent to oneside and felt a little unsafe. The door had about an inch gap at the bottom and the deco on thefoor we were on needs a fresh coat of paint.

I will start off by saying the staff are so lovely, friendly, very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was okay but really not the best compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Blackpool. I love a good buffet breakfast however the lack of selection on fruits/yogurts and there was no pastries which bought the rating down for me. There was no fresh fruit at all, no apples, bananas, berries and no plain yogurt just a fruit flavoured yogurt available but have no idea what flavour it even was. The entrance of the hotel is passable but the rest of the hotel is very run down especially 3rd/4th floor, the stairs too are very wonky. Now for the main bit which for me is the bedroom, well it was on the small side, very basic. We ordered the Seaview but the window was again small and most of it had condensation so it was hard to see out. The bathroom was tiny, the tv was small and a very old remote that wasn't working properly. I felt this wasn't ideal for my needs being 6 months pregnant and a 3 year old child with me especially for the amount being paid which was around £130 a night. I wouldn't stay again as there is much nicer hotels around for better value and with better pride in looks and maintenence.

Staff were terrific, room excellent. We didn’t get up in time for breakfast, so can’t comment on that. One of tvs took an age to connect. The other was ok. Housekeeping banging on the door at 0930 was a bit cheeky and unnecessary

Room was basic but clean however it is an old building so was a bit shabby especially in public areas with ripped wallpaper and carpet. Breakfast was ok everything you want if it’s a fry-up but not much healthy options no fresh fruit and the coffee was vile. Bar prices were very reasonable but service at the bar was not great unless you were a regular. The main entertainment room is too small for the amount of guests unless you arrive early and sit in that seat all night. We went in about 8pm and the only save left was in a dark dank corner behind some pillars not great when you spend good money to use the facilities all in all an alright stay but wouldn’t stay again better and cheaper elsewhere

Received a good service from reception staff on arrival. There's a good large and comfortabke foyer Room was clean and comfortable. We didn' t use the bar as we went out but the entertainment rooms looked great. The english breakfast was very good with a decent choice.

No problems at all. Problems because of storm conditions,front door not available and entry via back door not very good If this is to continue as night entrance feel it should be upgraded and doors in 006 005 be sound reduced.
