「Great hotel. The only issue is they currently do not have any signs so its easy to accidentally walk past it. Location is very close to both metro and tram line. From Rotterdam central its about 4 stops. For food, you can either order on a app or walk one street over with so many options Clean room with great amenities. Nice big bathroom with rainfall shower head Staff are really helpful. There is also a good luggage storage you can use. Breakfast is very basic ( you can walk to nearby...

「This hotel is at the doorstep of the train station. Literally in the mall across the street. Go in, reception is on the third floor. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly. Although the room is small it is adequate. I’ve never seen a mall as huge as this. Oh, and you will be close to the old part of the city. 」

「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」
