Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and comfy. The hotel is well located, near the Markthal and Blaak Station. Breakfast was great because you had a variety of food to choose from and it was at a reasonable price. Overall a great experience!

Amm members of the staff were excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Location was ideal for walking around the city to explore. We would gladly choose Ibis again on our next visit to Rotterdam.

Good location for chain hotel

Good location and easy to get around. The family room we stayed was not in good cleanness status. Good initiatives to swap house keeping for free drinks, make sure to ask the daily voucher if not offered. My friend family had all their daily vouchers at checkin and we had to ask after we learned this.

Good stay

Was a nice stay, good location, close to supermarket and restaurants. Room was compact but workable, bed was comfy, tv was good size. Breakfast was OK, not a huge selection but good quality, especially scrambled egg. For most part was comfortable climate despite the heat (35+ degrees) but sadly on the final night the air con seemed to not be working so was too warm for me, but aside from that was a good stay.

Compact but adequate room for a three night stay. Easy walk to Markthal. Very clean. Staff pleasant and friendly. Only downside was noisy people in nearby rooms but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent as ever, staff always go above and beyond, even sourcing a kettle (not supplied as standard) so us Brits can still have a cup of tea in the morning before breakfast!
