「With Sheraton a wonderful is always guaranteed. We had fantastic six days. The staff, was by far, the best part of it. Everyone was kind, helpful and always with a smile. Our daughter enjoying talking with them. The pool is awesome, breakfast was fresh and varied and the room is big and well maintained.」

「Exceptionally friendly and courteous and helpful clerk at the front desk Basic hotel with a necessary amenities and my room actually had a kitchen. Some decent restaurants next door, but it’s about a 40 minute walk or a five minute taxi ride to the waterfront. Overall a good budget option. There doesn’t seem to be any middle range properties here but there are lots of Western branded high-end resorts.」

「Wonderful hotel with staff that went above and beyond to make myself my wife and our son welcome. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was superb. The pool was clean and the whole hotel was a delight to stay at!」

「Very good staff are great and spa is good」

「I had a pleasant stay at IntercityHotel Muscat. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location is also convenient for getting around Muscat. The only downside was that the rooms are a bit small and my room did not have a nice view. However, for a short stay, the comfort, cleanliness, and service made up for it. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff at a...
