「Excellent」

「Bad management, not supportive of customers travel problems, no refund even if I was going to go back later. Even breakfast I paid in advance as extra $20.- was never refunded!」

「Nice location, near airport (1 stop to the airport, 10 minuets,0.3 OMR) and both way bus stop(walk in 5 minuets). Nice staff, cash or credit card are ok, baggage storage for free after check out, room is ok with soap, shampoo, universal socket, no towel and teeth brush, WiFi signal is ok, but is slow and block LINE app. 」

Ramadaniin vedoten emme saaneet lainkaan aamiaista.」

「Too many ants and cockroaches in the kitchen. 」

「It was pathetic experience. The bed sheet quality. Extra charges and dusty blankets. 」

「The grocery is near by, also some restaurants. I dislike the cleanness of the kitchen, there are some insects. 」

「Excellent」

「I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment」
