This is a very affordable hotel 10 min driving from the airport. The hotel is new and many taxi drivers don't know where it is (so you need to have data to guide them - happened to us twice). We didn't have a chance to experience breakfast, as we were leaving very early. The rooms look nice and clean, however, the only (VERY SIGNIFICANT) downside is that the walls are made of paper and there is no soundproofing at all. We had to sleep early, but couldn't sleep until 2 am, as people on the floor kept opening and closing their doors, talking loud and we could hear it as if they were inside our room. If you want to sleep well - choose another place.

+ The hotel is rather new, clean and fresh + Friendly and helpful staff + Small fridge, electric kettle, tea & coffee available in the room + Cafeteria downstairs and a nice restaurant in the next building + Laundry room + Breakfast is basic but sufficient + Karak tea, coffee and dates available in the lobby + Cheap taxi when ordered by the hotel + Car rental service available - Location: far from everything except the airport, in the middle of construction sites - Poor sound insulation - Only one outlet in the room, none in the bathroom. Don't forget your adapter, however you may also borrow from the reception. - Not much tourist info or travel tips available. - Hair dryer not in the room but available upon request - The front of the parking area full of plastic bottles and other waste To minimise costs and waste generation, would recommend refillable bathroom products (shampoo etc.) instead of single-packed products. For saving energy & water, towels don't need to be changed every day, but only upon customers request (e.g. leaving the towel on the floor as a sign for changing or so..).

The location was in perfect proximity to the airport and the Grand Mosque. A new hotel to Expedia I took a chance and was delighted with my choice. The staff were professional, polite and very helpful. When we needed a cab, the staff arranged the transportation ahead of time with prompt service. I loved the breakfast buffet, especially the Karak tea. The buffet offered eggs cooked to your liking and a selection of meats of your choosing. The art deco décor in the hallways and the rooms were very tastefully designed. We ordered room service which was available when needed. The apartment appliances adjacent from our room were new and modern. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to the capital city of Oman. Thank you Expedia for another recommended hotel.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Muscat, if you want to be near the airport or will be doing day tours this is a great option. If you want to get into the city cabs are reasonable but definitely get OTaxi or ask the desk what a reasonable price is, as a new hotel it is also unfamiliar to most cab drivers to ensure you have a map on your phone. Only downsides are there is no where to get food nearby in the evening, and wifi doesn't work in the coffee shop.

Value for money, clean.

Great value for money. New hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Staff are friendly. But there does seem to be some teething problems considering this is a new hotel it is understandable. Access to shared kitchen was a bonus. If i had known I would have stayed longer.
