「The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service」

「The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 」

「We booked the jacuzzi suite room. If you have a room with one of those in there I recommend setting the air conditioner to the “dry” setting, if not the whole room is moist. The floor was slippery, the carpet was sticky, and even the nightstands had condensation on them. It got better after we set the air conditioner to dry. Our TV wouldn’t connect to the internet all three days we were there, and our phone in our room didn’t work at all. Other than those minor inconveniences, the service was...
