「Here’s a polished version of your review: --- This was a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. When the heat and air wouldn’t turn on, we called the front desk and within 10 minutes two maintenance workers arrived. They quickly moved us to a new room and even offered to help with our belongings. Outstanding service! 」

「Staff was excellent, the room was clean, I just had two issues, the carpet at the doorway was all ripped up, the second issue when pulling into the place it looks like there's zero maintenance being done on the building.」

「Staff was nice. Scott helped us out as well as the lady that works overnights. The room was simple and clean. Breakfast was good for what it was. Stayed here last year and will stay next year for Thanksgiving and Christmas as well when we visit family. 」
