「Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area」

「Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The room smelled very musty.」

「We rented a handicap accessible room, which was at the very long end of the 3rd floor it felt like a complete afterthought. Thank goodness there was no fire or loss of elevator use. It was tight quarters and no where to sit other than a rolling office chair. The doorbell and lowered peep hole did not exist. The shower took at least 10 minutes to begin to warm up then about 5 minutes into the second persons shower got incredibly hot very quickly. So in total the water probably ran 30-35 minutes...

「This hotel was very clean and looks fairly new. Was only in it for a short time but had no complaints. The bed was comfortable, the front desk staff were very nice.」

「Property under construction. Strong smell of paint. It may be fine once renovation is completed. Great location. Friendly staff.」

「great room and service, but unfriendly breakfast staff, slow repalcement of food, lack of hot coffee and chocolate」

「Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful, the spa wasnt working nor was heat in room, then elevator was out of service for 3 floors. There is no smoking any longer and beds are very uncomfortable had a back ache every night. Could 100% use better mattresses on beds, room never got cleaned. I have stayed there many times before and i must say this hotel has gone way down , very short staffed now. Sad because i use to love staying there, Not so much now.」

「We were passing through the area on a long car trip and decided to book a room last minute. Easy check in, clean room, simple but appreciated breakfast items. Would stay again if passing through.」

「All」

「Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well.」

「This is the second time we have stayed here and the breakfast was disappointing. Out of everything. Unable to make the eggs. Unable to heat the sausage. Out of milk for cereal. One employee working front desk and breakfast. One of the reasons we choose a location is for their breakfast. Will reconsider on our next visit.」

「It’s old and in need of renovation. The mattress itself was comfortable The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast was average at best.」

「附近有點邊偏僻」

「The room was dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor and bathroom floor sticky . I had to mop my floor and get the vacuum from the front desk and vacuum. Bed was lumpy and wore out.」
