「When checking in the desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lobby and room smelled clean and everything was in good condition. 」

「The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service」

「Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . 」

「First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. Get to room the toilet had pee in it, a key was on the floor under door from someone else soap on the floor from someone else and trash in room from others.
