The staff members were very nice and welcoming. The continental breakfast was put out on time and was good and fresh. The rooms as a whole were nice as well. The cleaning of the rooms could have been better. Shower head and phones had not been wiped off in a while. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms and the structure of the walls is starting to deteriorate. Overall an okay place to stay for the price.

The front desk staff was incredible! We were greeted with kindness and an uncommon willingness to help us navigate our travel needs. The service was as good as I have ever received. The hotel is out of date and smell musky. The people where friendly and helpful. They did run out of towels which is a issue, but they brought some as soon as they could.

I’m from Huntington WV and I moved away years ago and I have come back to town 4 times since I moved. I know that I can come here and be safe and treated very well.
