"Very clean, friendly, very good breakfast, good location"

"Beautiful modern room. Double jacuzzi bath in room. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival, mini fridge restocked daily. We loved looking over the square and opening the windows and listening to the square noise. Staff were all very accommodating and found us an adapter to plug when we had forgotten ours. They were all very friendly. Nice breakfast provided. Hotel is in the perfect location we shall stay here again. "

Breakfast was generally good, though I think it could be improved by offering a bit more variety beyond the usual fried eggs and cold cuts — perhaps some porridge or more fresh options. "This was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and they made us cappuccino every morning (and anytime we asked). The location was great- just a couple minutes walk from the Old Town Square and right next to a park with running and walking paths. "

"The hotel was very clean, with a proper reception and a lounge area where you could relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. When I called for the shuttle bus, it arrived in about 10–15 minutes. The hotel was within walking distance, but since I arrived late at night, I was relieved that there was a shuttle service so I didn’t have to walk in the dark. On Hotels.com, it said that the check-in closed at 11:30 p.m., so I messaged the hotel in advance, but it turned out they have a 24-hour reception. I think Hotels.com should update that information."
