Very nice hotel

Really nice hotel – it doesn’t matter that it’s located a bit outside the city. It’s quick and inexpensive to get to the old town by Uber. Since the hotel is located outside the city and has plenty of parking spaces, parking could well be free as a nice service for the guests.

Nice staying

We stayed in this hotel with family. The room was clean, spacious and comfort. Breakfast was excellent. The price for this high quality hotel is quite reasonable. Hotel is a bit far away from old town but, with Uber, Bolt it is only 10 minutes. Liked.

Visited with family and it does caters to families 1. Excellent facilities. Excellent pool and gym. Also has a PlayStation for kids to indulge in during the day 2. Clean rooms with all the required amenities 3. Great staff and always ready to help. All my requirements were fulfilled and done quickly Would definetly stay there again as it is quite near krakow city center but further away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center

Amazing hotel for the family

Great hotel with everything you need. Good variety in breakfast, access to pool for both big and small, easy with nearby public transportation, restaurant if needed. The small things that didn't work, the staff was quick to get fixed. Two adults and two kids really enjoyed our stay here.

Great hotel, rooms lovely and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. My only critism would be some of the cooked food was not hot enough snd i would have liked better tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Good for business trip.

When I arrived it was a weird vibe from front desk. Instead ask me for name I was charge like it was not under mine name reservation. Front desk receptionist were just official not really friendly. I would aspect more info for tourists side off Krakow. It was more business hotel not tourist. Confort,cleaning service aswell as restaurant absolutely amazing.

Family trip

Stayed at this hotel previously, slight distance away from Krakow but wasn’t an issue as we were visiting Auschwitz by vehicle. The hotel has a small pool which gets busy due to the size of hotel and the changing area is very small (Ideally get changed in room and go to the pool in a towel). Positive points were that the hotel staff are friendly, breakfast is great, location is ok and the room had 2 double beds which was a welcome relief for my daughter who been on sofa beds for the previous 5 nights in Zakopane. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are quite big, big shower and separate toilet very handy when you travel with kids. Small ketle wasn't working properly. Swimming pool small but deep 2.5m . Very good breakfast. Not free parking!

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 in 1 room. 2 youths and 2 adults. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage whilst we went off to explore the old town. The staff were very helpful. The room was perfect for our needs however was very hot so we had to open the window to get some air, thus then made the noise from outside very obvious. We had an early tour booked for a 5:55am pick up and the hotel provided a breakfast box. The hotel is good location from airport and old town. We used Uber to get around.
