"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Dallas! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome with their friendly smiles and, of course, the signature warm chocolate chip cookie — such a delightful touch. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding that made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city.
The hotel’s location is perfect — close to Dallas Love Field, great restaurants, and shopping, making it convenient for both business and leisure trips. I also loved the amenities: the fitness center was well-equipped, the pool area was inviting, and the on-site dining options were delicious. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable.
Overall, this DoubleTree exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas — whether you’re traveling for work, leisure, or just need a cozy, welcoming place to stay, this hotel has it all!"

"Earlier this year, I stayed at this hotel, and came back for an overnight stay. I arrived late, and it been a long travel day for me. The receptionist was welcoming, patient, efficient, and gave me a bottle of water and some snacks, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower got hot quickly. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Great value for the money, and would not hesitate to recommend and/or return for another stay."

"As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "
