「The location is excellent, right downtown and close to my clinic. The staff are friendly and genuinely trying their best, which I appreciate.
However, this property feels more like a small motel than a hotel. Renovations are still underway, and the rooms are very small, with unbalanced heating, unpleasant smells, unfinished repairs, old beds, and uncomfortable mattresses. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Staff kindly provided a microwave upon request, but the electrical system couldn't...
