If you have ever stayed at the Le Germaine at Maple Leaf square it has that vibe inside the room. It also has that vibe of a Fairmount hotel with the bevy and snacks in the room. The price was great as well. Only down side is the limited parking area. On a quiet street and short distance to downtown but an Uber was great as well

Only recommendation i have is get a bigger parking lot as the one they have now only fits about 20 cars and at $22 parking fee per night i want a confirmed parking spot, not park on tje streer somewhere. Shower head needs more pressure. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Room and staff were great. Only complaint would be you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Sound proofing the rooms a bit better would make sense since the hotel is very nice, new, and fancy.
