Easy parking and access, clean and comfortable room, staff was pleasant and helpful, restaurant on site, food was very good, pool and hot tub a bonus. An excellent choice for a place to stay downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great although I couldn’t get into my room so I was moved which was really good the service was great and I loved how the staff were welcoming

Research carefully before booking
The room was clean. The hotel environment was not too comfortable and safe, especially parking, this may be because it was downtown, and also at the time of the trip, the hotel was hosting evacuess from the Manitoba Wild fires, so the stay was a bit compromising.
Firstly, we got a room that we didn’t book. Second, they took so long to transfer us. Front desk is taking too long to answer the call and sometimes they hang up on you.
Parking is ok for downtown, but the other people in and around the hotel maid it feel unsafe. There was blood in the elevator i told the staff and nothing was done about it
This hotel has been renovated quite nicely however the clientele is sometimes displaced folks who are living there and that can make for a bit different of an environment. This is not a great part of town so if you will have an issue with that you probably shouldn’t stay here. So just go in knowing that that’s the scenario and you’ll be fine. The rooms are very nice.

Uber everywhere. Bring earplugs. No fault of building staff. They are so kind hard working and helpful. Winnipeg downtown unfortunately is in a terrible state. Like so many canadian cities and towns.
This booking (Jan 2–4, 2026) was abandoned due to serious cleanliness and safety concerns, including unsanitary elevators, inaccessible staff, and being locked in a stairwell with no working key access or front desk response. The hotel has failed to respond to Expedia’s repeated contact attempts, leaving us out nearly $400 for a stay we could not safely complete. This experience was unacceptable and requires management intervention.
