We found the property to be clean and the staff friendly and helpful. However, when deciding where to stay, one of our requirements was that our stay include breakfast. The description said breakfast was included; however, that is only true if you book directly with the hotel or as a Best Western loyalty member. We had to pay for our breakfasts because we booked through Expedia. Is this going to be the trend now? Totally not happy!!
