「Was in an excellent location - supermarkets and cafes nearby. Clean with massive and comfy bed」

「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back」

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,...

「nice room pls, well-detailed, functional and comfortable. convenient power outlets well-placed…In GR the Lighting controls could be more clearly identified and operated… The be is great but the pillow are terrible, too hard and too big… location is great. Bathroom and Shower design are good, BUT, shower head holder needs adjustment to stay in place…. Space for luggage is great - luggage bench, hanging and drawers all good. Overall decor fresh and contemporary! Well come back! JHM」

「good」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and for car parking. The room was smaller than it appears in the photo and it was a little deceiving to be listed as a “1 bedroom apartment” when it is actually a single space that divided by pulling a bifold door across. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were very good and a great inclusion to cook within the room. Bed was very comfortable. Location for MCG or Melbourne Park/Rod Laver Arena events is very good.」

「house keeping was not satisfactory」

「Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.」

「位置方便，地方寧靜舒適；可惜沒有提供洗衫設備，只提供幹洗服務」

「乾淨舒適」

「Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. 」
