「The location is excellent. The room is spacious and comfortable.」

「We enjoyed very much this stay, everything is good.」

「We had a premium room at a premium price. It was comfortable and clean. But I was disappointed to discover that our room felt like the renovated back-alley garage of the original house. From reception we had to go downstairs and outside to enter our room. The room had two exterior doors to the back alley. It felt like a motel. Good location. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly. If you’re traveling with a third person or teenager the room would be good bc there was a pull out bed in...

「All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!」

「Unbelievable Super spacious, beyond clean, tidy & comfortable. The location seriously can’t be beat. You are right in the best part of old Quebec, by all the shops and restaurants. There is even easy, cheap parking a block away.」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「La chambre était dans un état impeccable et propre, le personnel courtois, gentil et aidant, déjeuner dans une ambiance paisible et plein de douceurs très, très délicieux et copieux. localisation parfaite et calme pour dormir.」

「Very good location, steps away from Le Petit Champlain and a short walk from Frontenac. Suite was large, modern, and comfortable bed. Large washroom with excellent rain shower and spa tub. The only thing I didn’t like is having to go through the restaurant to get to our building.」
