The day staff was usually no where to be found never at the desk. When I needed assistance I had to go knock on the office door to get someone to help me. 「Pros: clean hotel, good breakfast selection Cons: luggage carts small and difficult to locate, front desk staff not friendly, and denied late check out even though we arrived at the hotel very late the evening before after 12 hours on the road and were only there for one night. 」

「Though the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the price was low, there were several problems with the hotel. The door key did not work, so the front desk person had to walk to my room and open the door every time I entered. The continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee and waffle mix to make waffles. The outside of the hotel was dirty and old pieces of equipment cluttered the passageway. Not a place I will visit again.」
