「No Security, Torn carpet, unclean」

「The property itself looks good, and the breakfast was enjoyable, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the bathroom in our room smelled terrible. Since we checked in late at night, we only noticed the issue the next morning. During checkout, I informed the staff about it, but their response was disappointing. 「We had bugs (cockroaches) in our room, there was mold and mildew in the shower, the sink plug got stuck closed, the light by the door didn't work, the guests next to us were loud till midnight and someone was smoking pot in the room next to us and outside.」
