「Really enjoyed this property and location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Bicycle rental on property was convenient too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 1852 Grill Room was amazing and what a view! I will definitely look to stay here again! The ferry drop of our luggage directly to the hotel was an extra perk. 」

「The condo is pretty far away from town,however the horse taxis are fun and easily available.They have a porter to send your luggage on,at the ferry docks.So you don’t have to go back and forth.You can stay right in town and explore the island until you are ready to head to your room.When we did our luggage was in room waiting for us.Also the next day at check-out the porter took our luggage to the ferry and made sure we got the next available taxi into town.When we were ready to head back to...

「Breakfast is simple, and there is little bread. it can be improved」

「1st...just trying to get the door opened..they give you the code but don't tell you about the other buttons that need to be pushed/used...2nd...you had to body slam yourself to get the door open. The carpet and floor are so warped the door wouldn't open or close without a body slam..the door wouldn't lock . The 4 batteries in the door fell out when you either open or closed the door..3rd..it was very damp in the room..4th..no hot/cold symbols on the water handles..it took awhile to figure out...

「My grandson went into the restroom in the pool area. The owner/maintenance guy finally came and was rude and blamed my grandson. After 4( minutes they finally drilled out the lock and got him out. He is ten years old and was terrified. If that is how they handle situations I am glad it wasn’t more serious and I don’t need to stay there. On the other end the lady working the desk at check in and check out was very nice.」

「The room was clean but the furniture was outdated, oversized and crowded. The outside of the building was ran down and in desperate need of cleaning. The beach was sad and littered with trash. The location was good and breakfast was better than most with eggs, pancakes and ham.」

「****I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE NONE WASNT AN OPTION**** We checked in Friday about 8pm for memorial day weekend with 2 kids excited for the pool and splash pad, only to learn it wasn't functioning. Room wasn't cleaned or stocked Saturday while we were gone all day and I had to go to the front desk for towels for showers. Room wasn't cleaned sunday...had to request after 3pm towels and stuff were at least restocked and all the sand be swept off the floors. I was told by the front desk they only...
