Took video footage to share with owners but they were not interested when I complained in the morning told us there was nothing wrong. Do yourself a flavour and pick another hotel」

「The room was clean, not so much the courtyard. We had expired milk in the fridge, which was replaced on request. A continental breakfast was advertised. I feel a few packets of cereal, a couple of slices of bread with jam & a small cup of juice doesn’t really constitute a continental breakfast.」
