「Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting」

「Friendly staff and good room for people with mobility issues. The cooked breakfast was really good. I was disappointed to hear that they’re stopping food in the hotel as the food was good and it will only be continental breakfast although the pastries were lovely but when you go away a cooked breakfast is always good the next morning.」

「Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . 「This is possibly the most charming hotels and place I can remember staying. It’s an old building in a harsh Scottish environment and that is part of its charm. If you want pristine decoration it’s not for you. If you want excellent hospitality, fantastic staff and walls full of the owner’s original art, go. Walk the Crinan trail - the view from the viewpoint is one of the best on a clear day (it is a steep walk though). A genuine Scottish gem.」

「Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. When the dish came i was given an extra small portion of chips😁 its the little things that make a difference. Quiet at nights no...
