「我喜歡有天窗的房間。床單和地毯也很乾淨。只是浴室淋浴間有黃漬，床頭櫃的抽屜裡還有似乎前一個旅客遺留下來用剩的咖啡和糖包，這些清潔細節需要再加強。如果可以再提供旅客吹風機和掛大衣的勾勾或桿子就好囉！」

「It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. 「We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others.」
