Great welcome and taken to room. Very spacious and very clean. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Toiletries provided. Nice towels.

Very nice homely country pub with good food and Local brewery (Nook), excellent views and easy reach of Holmfirth (we did get a taxi for the nearly 2 miles / 10 mins journey). Will definitely be staying again when we visit the Picturedrome again.

The BoshawTrout is an ideal location for visiting Holmfirth. It is a modern property with plenty of parking and the staff are great! The property has great views. There is a very nice bar and the breakfast is very good. It less than a mile and half to walk down the hill to Holmfirth but you may want to catch a taxi back as we did if you don’t facncy the walk back up the hill.

We stayed here as we were going to a gig at the Picturedrome in Holmfirth, which was a 5 minute ride away, so really convenient. The room was excellent. Everything recently refurbished, and top quality. Breakfast was excellent. The evening menu looked good too, although we had other arrangements. Good value for money.
