「The staff so kind and the room so quiet.」

「We stopped in for a night to and from Edmonton. It was a clean, comfortable hotel with modern rooms. The breakfast was good with a great variety of options. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but the slide looked like it would have been fun for our kids. 」

「Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was welcoming , clean and relaxing. Our host made us feel like we were home. An excellent breakfast was served. We highly recommend staying here. 」

「The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there. Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay. It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming...

「The rooms were dirty, we kindly let front desk staff know. They switched us to a different room. When we opened the sheets, it was full of hair and food crumbs, and dirt. I called front desk staff and they offered a new blanket, shut the bed and had us sleep on top on the top blanket, and cover with the blankets they brought. At check out we waited 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to come, had to ask cleaning staff if there was anyone there, they found the front desk lady, she came and...

「It was my second time staying here. Last time , I got a basement room, and it was a bit dingy. The room needed a fresh coat of paint. This time, I was on the main floor in a freshly renovated room. The bathroom was always clean. Given the price, I would recommend this place to any budget traveller. 」

「We appreciate this space because it is on the outskirts of the city for when we are travelling. Close to gas and Tim’s. This last time wasn’t super. The room we were given on the main floor the bed wasn’t made. Front desk was apologetic. We were switched to a room on the third floor. The toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to take the lid off the tank. The tub water wouldn’t run from the tap it only came out the shower head. A little indecisive if the sheets were fresh or if the bed...

「Heating/AC system did not work. Overnight we got insanely hot. Set the temp to 16°, yet woke up and it was 27° in the room. Other than that, it was great! Amazing pool, good room. Parking was expensive for just one night.」
