Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub are clean, good breakfast, clean small gym, clean outside, rooms seem pretty noise proof! Couple things: late checkout costs money, more then 4 room keys costs 2 dollars a key, no proper coffee cream for coffee.

Great location, lots of parking, clean hotel, free breakfast, friendly staff, big clean rooms with the amenities you need, comfortable beds, decent coffee. Couple things - small fridges in the rooms, no body wash in the shower, not a lot of hangers, not a smart tv to run your phone for your apps, no proper coffee cream, outside could use some TLC.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt welcome. The staff were accommodating and friendly. They went beyond what I would have hoped for. The room and hallways, as well as the breakfast area and lobby were all very clean. The staff washed the tables and tidied up constantly during the breakfast. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. In addition, Checkout was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was very clean and new. The front end staff very polite. The breakfast was not good. The little egg omelette was cold and very rubbery, could hardly cut it with a knife. The bacon was extremely greasy and cold. The only enjoyable part was the coffee. It was good !

The room was very clean, nicely set up and had a fridge which made it easy to store the kids milk and beverages. The breakfast options were typical of a continental breakfast. The pool area was fairly clean, the hours were good. The issue was that the water slide does not open until 4pm which limits the morning swimming for kids who are excited about that. The staff we found were quite rude. They watch you like a hawk on the main floor. you aren’t allowed even water as a beverage in the pool area, we were immediately scolded for having our water bottles. They were quick to come to our table and complain we were using the wrong cups for juice at the breakfast and when my husband went down to get coffee and come back to the room they told him he was not allowed on the main floor in socks, even though he wasn’t staying down there. Overall it did not feel “home away from home” which I feel most hotels typically like to aim for.

The bed was very comfortable. The lady that cleaned the room did an excellent job. Her name is Jessica. She left a nice note on the bedside table. The free breakfast was very good. The only downside was the air conditioner kept cutting in and out. Was hard to sleep with it on.
