「All was very nice」

「The room we stayed in was a bit rundown. The air conditioning was very loud, the toilet paper wouldn't stay on the holders, there were ants in the bathroom. The lamp between the beds was filthy and grimy (we won't touch it). The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, mind you I had to ask for an extra pillow as the rooms only come with three per bed...strange! Most likely will NOT stay here again.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.」

「I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them. 「Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Always a beautiful hotel to enjoy when in Regina. The check-in went well. The help with luggage wasn’t readily available though. Back entrance for accessibility wasn’t the cleanest and the lift wasn’t working without loud noises which felt unsafe. I loved the front entrance butlers they used to have! Our suite could use some attention. The bathroom was extremely small, paint peeling and the walls were grimy. The kitchen suite didn’t have any plates, or utensils, nor wine glasses or openers.
